Although our datacenters are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, you are probably not able to be present yourself on site at all times. But we can. As our customer, you can therefore always call on our remote support services. Do you have hardware components that need to be checked or replaced? Does an update need to be performed? Or do you just need an extra pair of hands and eyes to support you in resolving a technical problem? Save yourself the time needed to come to our datacenter and instead rely on our remote support engineers to do the work for you, any time of the day or night.

Remote support service: hands & eyes

Our remote hands & eyes service allows you to have work carried out on your equipment without the need for you to be present. It goes without saying that the remote support services are performed only by experienced, professional engineers. They can perform the following actions, amongst other things, for you:

  • Technical assistance and problem resolution
  • Equipment installation and configuration
  • Interface card installation, configuration or removal
  • Media testing
  • Visual verification where you resolve problems remotely
  • Power cycling: switching your equipment on and off
  • Moving equipment
  • Checking, repairing or replacing cabling

Remote support can be arranged through our Customer Care Center. After logging in to the Customer Care Center, you are directed to your company page, where you can quickly and easily request multiple support services. You can also stipulate a time when you want the service to be provided.
